Sevenhills Academy seeks to maximise the life chances of all of our young people, and so it is crucial to prepare young people for life beyond the Academy and College. The values and principles of our offer aims to develop:
‘Knowledge, skills and attributes that Phoenix Park Academy students need to lead successful and happy lives’

Our vision is to provide the support required for each individual’s personalised pathway into post 16. To support learners to obtain experience, awareness and skills that will be an aspiration towards their development. With our high levels of support using external agencies and community links that will help each learner to gain confidence and allow them to thrive within their journey to their preferred destination.

As an Academy, we will:

  • Inspire & engage our students in planning their own Careers pathway to increase motivation to aim high and understand what benefit their subjects have in the real world of work.
  • Engage with employers and organisations to increase real life experiences.
